Store terms

These terms apply to individual retail purchases made through xeeyiso.com. Factory, wholesale, OEM, ODM and private-label projects require a separate written scope and commercial agreement.

Products and pricing

Product information, availability and prices can change before an order is placed. Prices are shown in USD. The server recalculates product price, discount, inventory and shipping before payment.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Placing an item in a bag does not reserve inventory. We may cancel and refund an order if inventory is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or order information is materially incomplete.

Delivery

Preparation and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruption, customs and local holidays may affect arrival. Destination duties, VAT, GST or customs charges may be collected separately by local authorities.

Returns and refunds

Return requests must meet the conditions on the Shipping & Returns page. Approved refunds return to the original payment method after inspection. Final-sale and non-returnable items are identified before purchase, except where an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Product imagery and measurements

Some editorial model or lifestyle scenes may be AI-assisted. Garment-only images, detail views, written measurements and material descriptions provide the product reference. Small measurement tolerances and screen-to-screen color differences may occur.
